 If you feel faint, sit down at Reception immediately and first aid is available only for staff.

 If you start to feel weak, you should sit down at once and inform staff because help is provided at Reception.

 If you feel faint, you should go outside for fresh air and wait until you feel better.

 Small cuts: use the first-aid box to rinse with clean water at the ticket desk, and staff must help you.

 For minor injuries, wash the cut and use the first-aid kit near the ticket desk, and speak to staff if necessary.

 If you have a cut, you should go straight to hospital because first aid is not available on site.

 Heat warning: drink water regularly, wear a hat, and take breaks only if you feel ill.

 You must stay in the courtyard all day because it is cooler than the rest of the site.

 Because it is very hot, visitors are advised to keep hydrated, cover their head, and rest in the shade.

 If something serious happens, you should phone 112 and say exactly where you are in the site.

 If you need information, go to the Roman Baths area and ask for a map.

 In an emergency, call 112 from the North Gate only and wait in the Main Museum Hall.

 You must carry injured visitors to Reception as quickly as possible so they can be treated.

 Do not move injured visitors; stay with them only if there is immediate danger and call first aid yourself.

 You should avoid moving someone who is hurt, remain with them, and get staff to contact first aid unless it is unsafe to stay.
